sore throat and blood in my flem(phlegm)

couple days ago i came down with a sore throat and this morning i coughed and tried briging up the flem (phlegm) that was in my throat. after i coughed and brought out the flem (phlegm) their was blood inside the flem (phlegm), my throat felt a little better after that but is still have sore thoat.. i have no fever infact my temp. is low

Sounds like a cold with alot of throat irritation, thus the blood in the phlegm.  Try throat lozengers.  If your symptoms do not resolve in 5-7 days and/or worsen, please consult your PCP/Family Physician.
