staphylococcus aureus in nasal culture

by I_HATE_ANXIETY, Jun 16, 2009 06:35PM
Hi
Ive been having nasal congestion which i think is draining or coming from the stomach or lungs but im not sure. I do get irritation in the lungs and stomach. I got  a nasal culture done on the stuff coming out from the nose and it came back as "staphylococcus aureus" bacteria.

I was wondering,. is this bacteria dangerous? should i be concerned? what type of meds can get rid of this? what symptoms or complications can i have from this bacteria?

thank you!
