strange taste, cough dizzyness headach

ok im 21 im fairly healthy and i rarely get sick, but i woke up yesterday and couldent seem too get out of bed when i would stand up id get dizzy and lightheaded i have an on and off headach behind my eyes and my forehead. im not nausious or anything and my stomach is fine. i have a cronic cough and nasal drainage, and this strange loss of taste almost a medicine or metallic taste anyone have an idea what this may be?
