strep?

i didnt know what topic it would be. all day ive felt like theres something on the right side of my throat. a couple hours ago i was randomly looking in my mouth when right inbetween a piece of skin and my tonsil i noticed this white thing, i figured it could just be stuck food and i scraped it off and looked at it, gross! i saw more and did again but i accidently pushed on the tonsil and 3 more small pieces popped out, they aren't hard but they look it almost just like a round ball but not really....this happend 3 or 4 times within 30 minutes and  i threw up because it was so discusting. i was looking with a flash light and making a gagging motion so i could see all around t and theres a hole type thing where i can see more inside it, and a tiny bit of bleeding but could be from my nail when i scraped it off. as i look more i notice more small but just white patches not "draining". its coming out all over that tonsil in different places i ended up noticing as i was "inspecting" all around it. its only on the right tonsil, the same side as my ear has been bothering me for 3-4 months. last night when i was brushing my teeth everything looked ok, so it had to have happened all today. ive been feeling sick, and ive lost 40 pounds this summer doing absolutly NOTHING! im never hungry, have to force myself to eat. but i was taken off a med that made me gain weight so 2 of my new meds can cause weight loss and decreased appetite...so thats not my worry. this is so discusting and i cant even sleep cuz everytime i swallow i feel like im swallowing it. i rly wish i hadnt looked in my mouth. im going to the dr first thing in the morning and i gargled with warm salt water 3 times....i keep having plem or something so i spit it out but it keeps coming..probably because i feel like i keep swallowing more..im probably just being paranoid. its discusting but my doctor always says nothings wrong so i put some of the crap in a baggy so i can prove to him something isnt right. please help!
