stuffy nose

I have stuffy nose for the past 5 years right now i can hardly breath with my nose .I use Otrivin nasal drops and currently the effectiveness of this nasal drop is diminishing.

have you tried a nasal ******?
these two things have helped me a lot - sterimar cleans out your sinuses and helps you breathe
too much otrivin can rebound on your symptons!
also - i went to an allergy clinic  - i had intolerance to mushrooms bananas and yeast! and ive cut out these things in my diet and im much better !

I had an addiction to Otrivin. Something similar to Affrin. I used Otrivin for 2-3 years. I needed 2-3 doses per day. Some doctor suggested me a drug Fluticasone propionate. It is generic drug called Flonase. With 30 days of regular spray, I could get away from addiction of Otrivin.
