submandibular gland

I feel under the floor of tongue a pair of Glands, which is on both side i.e. one each side.
When i press them it goes inside and on releasing comes back to position.

It does not pain at all on pressing. I want to know if this Salivary Gland or Swollen Lymph Node there.

Would appreciate advise of expert members

Correction please!

It can be either submandibular gland or a submandibular lymph node.

Hi,

As you have rightly mentioned it can be either a sub mandibular gland or a sub mandibular  from the lymph node. It needs a bidigital palpation to confirm the first from the second.

Do not fondle with that, they are harmless.
