success rate for tubes in ears for ETD

Will go to ENT tomorrow.........try to get this fluid out of my ears.........has anyone had success with tubes put
in?  Did your symptons improve greatly.  I would love to sleep one night thru without worrying about waking up
with ringing and fullness in my ears.  How about chiropractic manipulations for ETD???  I only had this a month
and it is driving me up the wall..........What kind of questions should I ask ........thanks much
