suffering from plugged ears

Ear Fullness or Plugged Ears is what I suffer from all the time. I try to blow air with my mouth and nose consistently but very rarely does it open my ears. I get the feeling always like I am in an Airplane. I have consulted many ENT doctors but they all say it is related to my nose. I take nasal spray daily (nasonex) and Zyrtec pills but no relief. I am so much annoyed by this probelm.    
daily and Zyrtec pills. Just a last note I had the small tubes put in my years many years ago but I felt no better with that either. The tubes always getting filled up from the drainage of my nose. Also I have the pressure in my ears checked all the time but it says normal but I feel plugges years still at the same moment the test indicates no pressure/normal. What to do?
