swolen tonsil no pain no fever what is it?

I have a swollen tonsil  on my left side, no pain and no fever, what is this?

Hello , im a 13 year old boy and i have an enlagred left toncil it has growing and its now at my little thing that hangs from your throat forgot the name lol , could I have a tumor or cancer I have difficult breathing ,sleeping chewing etc- could it be cancer

Most likely it is a subclinical infection (in other words, there is an infection present, but it is not severe enough to cause you to have noticeable symptoms).  If this is the case, it should return to normal in a few weeks.  If it does not, you should be examined by an ENT doctor.
