swollen gland underchin

ive had a swollen gland under my chin for about 6 months. ive been to the doctors lots of times ive had an ultra sound on it i was told the gland had no charactaristics of cancer ive also had a camera up my nose so the dr could see my gland everything has come back normal. i get occasional headaches and earache since my gland has been swollen the longest headache lasted 2 days and if feels weird when swollowing under one side the tongue. i consantly feel tired but have been told ts due to my anti depressents any clues to what it could be? it would be a great help thankyou
