swollen parotid gland?

I have bad pain in the right side of my neck, from my collar bone to my ear. It's really bad around my jaw, and my cheek and jaw become visibly swollen at least once a day. Sometimes my right ear rings with these symptoms, I have vision changes on the right only, and the right pupil gets larger than the left.

All of these symptoms seem to get worse in the later part of the day. I do have hypothyroidism, and my thyroid is larger on the right side than the left, but I do not have nodules.

I'm wondering if this is a problem with my parotid gland. I have several overlapping autoimmune diseases, so naturally I'm wondering about Sjogren's at this point. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
