thick mucous

i m 23 yr boy...my problem is that from the last 5-6 yrs i m having sensation in my throat which results in thick mucous all the time...i had consulted many doctors but to no effect ....moreover i was also operated for sinus but still the problem remains....what kind of problem its is ...can u suggest me some doctors in bangalore(india)..

Thick mucus comes when the nasal cilia slow down and the nasal mucus is allowed to thicken and bacteria to flourish. The cure is to speed the nasal cilia. Try hot tea, lemon and honey - green or black, with or without caffeine.  Drink till the urine turns light.Other helps are jumping jacks and jumping rope.  If not clear, ask your doctor about using Pulsatile Saline Irrigation. this pulses at a rate to get the cilia moving normally.
