yes you can working out is always healthy but u might want to do some things like drinking hot tea with lemon and with honey and taking warm water mixed with salt which will losen up the swollen glands.If u do that u should see positive effects in 4 to 5 days if it wont help then you might want to ask your doctor to check your throat.
