throat infection

i had common cold and fever since last 8 days. there is some infection also looking like Tonsilils. No fever. Only cold and throat pain is there and little weekness. I took Paracetamol 1TDS, T Azithromycin 1BD, T actified 1BD for Three days. But no effect.

Pls guide me wat to do
