throat

i  have this feeling in my throat like theres something stuck in there. Everytime i swallow i feel something hurting in my back. I am only 27 years old and i dont know if this is heartburn or acid reflux or something else i dont know about. But it hurts when i swallow.

I've had that feeling too. Like you swallowed a tylenol and it got stuck...but you haven't swallowed anything! I use the soft chewy rolaids and it helps me alot..if it is heartburn. That's just my experience with it!

Do you normally have a lot of heartburn? The reason I ask is that I had heartburn all the time and got the same feeling in my throat that you describe. I had an endoscopy and they found I had an esophageal stricture. He stretched it while he was in there. It felt like I had a lump in my throat all the time and my chest hurt through to my back. Hope this helps.

It could be acid reflux or just post nasal drip. Try drinking a lot of fluids, no caffeine and take an expectorant and see if that helps. If it doesn't I would go see a dr.
