tympanic membrance and ossicles

having bilateral hearing loss since 2002. story start pain in the ear, on frist diagonosis ent surgeon informed that their is proforation on both ear drum.hence in year 2003 t'plasty of right done but change in hearing,at present my hearing ability reduced to 60%, recenty i visted ent doctor  for less hearing in left year  as per them my left ear ear drum react from the position and shifted in middle ear and there was no air pocket in middle ear.
