what do these symptoms equal

my mom says that she has red bumps all on the back of her tongue and that she is always tired, her tongue looks like there is white paste on it and at some points it feels like there are pin in her throat. she refuses to go to a doctor but she will take natural mesures but i need help figuring out what it could possibly be ! Help me

in the hospitle there is a section that specialises in all sorts os issues such as this one. going to a doctor is an increadibly smart thing to do. i dont doubt that her tongue will be better after enough treatment.
