what is wrong?

right under my ear along my jaw line on my left side is tender to the touch - it is pretty sore when I apply pressure on it - I was seen by a dr on Sunday and I have the start of an ear infection in my right ear, tonsylitis, and junk in my sinuses even though I feel that I can breathe just fine.  Is this associated witht he sinuses?  I have been on an antibiotic since Sunday night.

Im not sure...but I went to the doctor the other day for a lump under my jaw that is causing me razor like pain now and I also have ear pain and swollen lymph nodes,I have had the lump for about a year but just started having pain with it and I was told it was my tonsil  and ear sinus and lung infection too but I dont have a sore throat just the lump and the doc never looked in my nose or ears or did any blood tests,,,so Im curious as to what is wrong with you and is there really something else going on.Do you have other symptoms? I am also having night sweats and weakness no fever.
