whats this on my lip , picture included. im scared

so ive been noticing, i have little bumps on my lips, its the same color as my lips, but if you look really closely at it, you can see the bumps. idk what they are?! and when i rub my lips together, even if their mosturized, they still feel bumpy. at first, i had a bump on my lips like the edge of it, and now its gone, now i have bumps on my lips, and on my left side of my lip, theres a brown bump, not a huge bump. very small, cant tell, but it wont go away, even if i pick at it. also, ,my lips have these white flakey things on it, even if put carmax on it, the white flakey stuff usually comes off if i just pick at it. i used to have a problem licking my lips all the time, but i dont know if thats whats causing it. also, inside my mouth, my bottom lip, if you pull on it, you see this white bubble like thing, its just white, small. it used to hurt, but now its painless. its just there. also, on the side of my cheeks, (i play around with my tongue a lot in my mouth) i noticed 1 bump on each side of my cheeks. im gettin really worried about what these are. only serious answers please, i dont want none of that bs.

It could be herpes is caused by Herpes simplex type I &II . The virus can lie dormant and can get reactivated at intervals producing symptoms. Hence there is no permanent cure. But anti-viral medications like acyclovir, valacyclovir and famciclovir are known to shorten out breaks and improve symptoms. It depends on one’s immunity also. If it is good the person may have less number of reactivations. If the immunity is relative less than he is likely to have more symptoms.
