I had white bumps (they looked like pus sacs) at the back of my throat a few years back and I went to the doctor who prescribed antibiotics and they went away in a few days.  Not sure how I got them or what they were (I tested negative for strep throat).  and my throat hurt really bad when I had them.  Does it hurt to swallow?  Seeing you have been on antibiotics for your sinus infection and now you have white bumps, I would go back to your doctor.  You may need another round of antibiotics.  Have your doctor test you for strep throat too.
