wicked case of swimmers ear

so 5 days ago i went to the doctor (with no insurance it cost me 150$ plus another 35$ for meds) and he told me i have a severe case of swimmers ear he gave me neomycin and polymyxin b sulfates and hydrocortisone otic solution along with tylonal t3s for the pain... the t3s are garbage they dont help at all just make me drowsy and the drops dont seem to be doing anything especially since i only have a 7 day supply

yesterday so much fluid collected behind my drum that ive gone completely deaf in that ear (which sux because i just started a new job running machinery and im struggling to hear how to run it) ive tried everything i can find on the net to releave the fluids... nose spray, allergy meds, decongestants, heating pads, alcohol nothing is helping (also its so annoying and painful that ive only gotten about 10 hrs of sleep in the last 5 days)

is there anything that anyone can think of to help me not shoot my brains out (not literally)
