woke up this morning...

I woke up this morning and had severe dizziness and loss of balance. And when I closed my eyes and re-opened them they wouldn't focus right away. It also feels like my eyes are slow or something. I'll move them to look at something but it's almost like they're lagging.

I thought maybe it was an ear infection, but I have none of the other symptoms for that.

Any thoughts?
