Adenoids and snoring

Dear Doctor,
I had my tonsils removed in 1988 at the age of 20 y/o in Ft. Bliss, TX. I was told they did not remove my adenoids (adenoids). I now have severe allergies since moving back to Florida. My snoring has become quite bothersome. Would removing my adenoids (adenoids) make a difference?

No, it will not make a difference. After the age of 10, adenoids (adenoids) tend to regress in size.
