Sinus/ Throat/ Bad breath

Okay here is the scoop. Years ago I went thru a really bad time w/ my sinuses and throat. Had the scope down my throat by 2 different doctors and underwent testing to include CT scan, blood, allergy, and Equilibrium tests. My doctor told me at one point that I had cobblestone like patches in my throat and at that time it wasn't even that sore. He pretty much told me that my gastro reflux was causing problems and to get on meds for it. Now years later things seem to be okay. However, my breath smells bad all the time. I am so embarrassed to be around people without mints or something. Could it be my reflux? or maybe my sinuses? Would it be from my problems in the past?

i also have embarrasing breath but a doctor told me it was because i have pockets in my tonsels that food gets caught in and rots. I have noticed holes and every once in a while a yellowish ball of rotten smelling stuff comes out almost like a black head. it is so gross it gags me. the doc said the only way to make it go away is to have my tonsels removed. i'm too chicken so i gargle with peroxide to try to bubble it out. it helps for a while but it still comes back. he said it was because the tonsels are scared from having strep throat alot when i was younger. i think he called it putrification in my tonsels. hope that helps it's not always the sinus'
