eosinophilic sinusities

by miran96, Aug 27, 2009 07:53AM
i am 22 years old i am suffering from nasal congection, inflamation (inflammation) in middle ear , dificulty in breathing and whizes.
I did surgery for sinusities + fixing tubs for my ears in american university in lebanon,i felt good for one week, after that the sign and symptomps return back which are ( runnynose, the screetion is yellow in color ) also one tub of my right ear does not work it came out throw blowing my noise and the doctors said that there is alot of mucuse and inflamation (inflammation) in my right ear. final blood test for allergy shows that i havent any allergy but ( it seems to be eosinophilic sinisities ) and they instructed me to take predneson (steroid) beginning with 30mg the first day minimizing 5mg every day until 5mg for ten days after that every 2 days 5mg for three monthes, for you information i got alot of courses of steroid since 1998 till now ,my question is :  is there any solution or treatment rather than steroid for eosinophilic sinusities or not???  thank you very much in your help ,i am in great need of that.
kind regards
hozan
