help,my neck started swelling 2days ago.

my neck started swelling 2 days ago,it is very sore ,hurts to move my neck.i have a adrenal adnoma,i do not know if it is functioning. could this be  related,what should i do. it is on right side,also have a chocking feeling in my throat.
