nose and throat problem

hi this is kunal.

i am suffering from this throat and nose problem since last 1 year. i am able to breathe properly and intake properly, but there is irritation in my throat. as soon as i finish eating my food i need to clear the mucus. i cannot breathe properly through my nose. either one side is blocked or the other someties both are blocked. it take me hard to intake air through nose sometimes. my cat scan report shows nothing. and my doctor did endroscopy of mu nose ad mouth he found a piece of skin in my right nostril and stated that its allergic. is there any issue to worry about?
plz doctor let me know what to do?
what all test can i perform on my nose and throat to get the actual problem?

Many things can cause nasal obstruction.  Ruling out tumors, masses, infections, allergic or non-allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, reflux, or anatomical abnormalities is an important place to start.  I am glad that a physician has examined you and got radiological imaging.  If anything, this should reassure you that approriate work up is being pursued.  Discuss with your physician about all the possibilities including reflux and vasomotor rhinitis.  He can correlate the exam he performed with your history and ct scan to help find an answer.  Best wishes.
