sinus ct scan question?

I had a ct scan done and have been looking online to find out what some of this means.  I won't be able to get to an ENT for a month but I'd like some answers to ease the worry.

What is a Osseous nasal spur? My ct scan says This osseous spur measures 6mmi n transverse dimension and 9mm in craniocaudal dimension.  

What is a Mucous retention cyst?

Osseus nasal spur is a fancy way of saying a bony outgrowth in your nose.  Often this is from the nasal septum (wall the separates the right side of the nose from the left).  Having a nasal spur is not uncommon.  A mucus retention cyst is a collection of mucus or nasal drainage in one of your sinuses.
