worried about my son

My 5 year old son has been having alot of nose bleeds they dont last long but he will have a couple of them in a day and this has been goig non for a 4 days now should i be concerned?

Nose bleeds in children are not uncommon.  Common causes are dryness and irritation, trauma (picking included), and anatomical structure of the nose making crusting more likely.  More rare things are abnormal blood vessels, blood or clotting disorders, and nasal masses or lesions.  Try to keep the nose moist with saline nasal spray and even use petroleum jelly along the septum of the nose.  If the bleeding persists or is severe, your child should be evaluated.  Best wishes.
