Keep bingeing

I'm 14 femal 5'5" and weigh 110lbs and I binge everyday for I think 3 weeks now. Today I was doing good, until I ate 25 (no kidding) cookies!!! I ussaly binge on bread, peanut butter, or cookies. I binged so bad on ice cream sandwiches and corn dogs so bad I threw up. I want to be on a 1,200 calorie diet. I'm starting with a 1,600 then going to go down. I'm ussed to eating 24/7 and I hate it. It makes me feel like crap. I normally eat healthy foods, fruits, veggies, low fat yogurt, ect. But I can't stop bingeing everyday. There was only ONE day I made the 1,600 calorie cut. I felt good, I wasn't bloated or anything. What can help me from bingeing? I'm also giving up penutbutter in hopes to not binge on that. So at I havnt had any. Next step, I'll give up cookies. Then no more than 2 peices of bread a day. :) any tips? Should I eat more at breakfast or more at some other time?

okay well i binge i eat all day.
i know what its like. uh well by going
cold turkey it will backfire i promise.
the thing to do is eat breakfast like
a king. lunch like a prince and dinner
like a pauper.
breakfast needs to include 1/2 cup
fruit 10-12 almonds raw. 8 oz water
eat oatmeat cereal or even okiyos
yogurt. u need to learn to feed ur body not
your stomache. by not eatng living foods
ur brain is always telling ur body
and vise versa that ur hungry even when
your not.
