Anorexia coming back again.

I am an Anorexic with Bulimic tendencies and have been so for almost 6 years. It had all been in a state of remission but now it is all coming back again full force. I really need some people to talk to. I face these things alone and with a love/hate feeling of it all. I'm losing weight fast, and find that I'm not afraid, which in itself is something to be afraid of.

I'm sorry you're struggling, eating disorders do have a habit of returning if we aren't careful. You will probably get some support from others on here but I also strongly urge you to go to OA, Overeater's Anonymous meetings. Don't let the name fool you, you will meet people with all types of eating disorders there. It's a great free source of support available in most large towns. Good luck to you.
