Anorexia

I feel very self consious & have been starving myself for almost a month. Everyone is really freaking out about me doing this to my body, but I have no problem with it all. Help?

it dont seem to show problems, yet.  if only been doing it a month, i would pull out while still can.  i started out starving and restricting years ago, seemed harmless at first, but over time one thing led to another and bulimia creeped its way in where i was not only starving, but started abusing laxatives and throwing up along with the starving, to this day i still cannot stop although it has costed me alot, have ended up in the hospital for more time than i was expecting when i was taken in.   now they are wanting me to get to 2000 cals a day, which is very scary when i cannot even eat a 400 cal meal without freaking out and throwing it back up. the anorexia and bulimia pretty much has taken me to hell and back, and has ripped away any hint of self esteem that I may have had a chance at having.
