Bleeding after clomid

by lalli, Apr 04, 2008 03:30AM
I have had a miscarriage in January.  No period after that.  The doctor put me on PRIMOLUT to induce my period.  I had extreamly light spotting.  The doctor said we could consider this as my period and put me on CLOMID (50mg) in order to enduce ovulation.  The day after I finished taking the last pill of CLOMID I started bleeding.  It feels like my period (pain in the ovaries area) and the flow is just like it would be for a normal menstrual cycle.  I would like to know if this is normal... will I still ovulate?  Will I still have the same chance of getting pregnant?  Maybe the dose of CLOMID was not high enough and it means that I will not ovulate and that's why I'm bleeding?  I tired to contact my doctor but he's not available on his phone and will only get back on Monay.  Thanks for your help... I'm so frustarted and sad and really need some answers and comfort from someone!
