Bulimia/tar?!?!

So I've struggled with bulimia on and off for a while and I have been doing really good for the most part. The other day tho I drank a lot of diet coke and had a hotdog. When I threw up I noticed almost black in my saliva. there wasn't a lot but enough to notice. I'm wondering it it was just all the diet coke that I had drank. it was a little gooey like my saliva. Please advise.

I'm not an expert, but I know what you're talking about. I also struggle with bulimia and sometimes when I throw up, I get worried about the risks for my health.
I think that the black thicky stuff is just a mix of the diet coke with other food and fluids, but it is scary. I sometimes think of how bad it is to throw up and get scared, but do it anyways. And sometimes it really does look scary.
Just out of interest: do you battle the bulimia on your own, or is there someone there with you?
