Clinically?

I have been looking up information on bulimia and I do not fit the description.  My typical day for eating is 1 clementine for breakfast and for dinner fat free chocolate milk.  My downfall is lunch.  Usually I stop at a fast food restraunt and eat a burger, fries, and shake and purge it.  I don't eat an enormous amount of food, just junk food.  I don't know why I do this and I know I have control over it.  I choose to do it.  If I eat and don't purge I feel guilty for allowing myself to even eat the food in the first place.  Is there clinical name for what I do or is it actually a milder form of bulimia?

Nobody can give you an exact diagnosis over the internet, but yes, you are engaging in both purging and restricting behaviors which are typical of eating disorders. You say you have control over what you do but choose to do it. So the question seems to be are you happy with the way things are or to you want to change it? Feeling guilty about eating is one of the symptoms of an eating disorder which affects your thoughts, feelings as well as behavior.
