Thanks for your answer. yes you are right... and i think the main problem is that maybe i think 'I do not want', but actually my stomach is hungry, so of course I should eat but I have never did. I think its possible that is something with my brain what is not functioning correctly..but its hard to make to work it correctly.. thanks anyway I will see what I can do about this
I don't know but anorexia and eating disorder are linked to depression, because of a low weight and your brain not functioning correctly. Its good that your wanting to gain weight though, its a promising sign. And just so long as you don't gain weight then try to keep it off and fast to compensate then perhaps not. Ask a friend your age and height to take an honest diary of what they eat in a normal week. See if you eat the same amount, if not then try to eat the same amount. It shouldn't matter whether you're depressed or not, everyones got to eat. Even when your ill you eat, and if your brain is low then the only way to feel better is to eat. No joke. Thanks to your response! I tried protein shake but it did not help me at all, I hope it will help you, if so let me know haha! Also, I tried to go to the gym for a month but but my body shape and weight was still the same.. I do not know what should I do :( hope someone will tell us! :)
i have the same problem with the eating disorder. i weight like 87lbs and i am 5'3. I eat more when i am happy then sad but i still don't gain any weight. I tried buying protein shake to gain but i haven't tried it yet because i need a blender so it can come out good but hopefully i would gain some weight
