Eating for optimal Helath

Dear Doctor
A health scare (hypertension) prompted me to take a serious look at my diet. I easily lost 15 lbs, mostly by making healthier food choices. Instead of ice cream, I eat yoghurt, instead of filling up on carbs, I eat lots of fruit and veggies and when nothing seems to satisfy my hunger, I grab a handful of unsalted mixed nuts, etc. I love chocolate, so I have 1 square of expensive dark chocolate most days, otherwise I feel deprived. My BMI is 24 at the moment, but in order to get off BP medication, I have to get down to a BMI of 23. I exercise about 40 minutes every day. How can I tweak my diet to lose the last few pounds? I don't want to jeopardise my health by starving myself! I am 47 years old, 5'10" and weigh 168lbs. I tend to overeat when I am very hungry, so I cannot go on a very low calorie diet!
