Eating makes me physically hurt!

I have a 9 month old baby i work 5 out of seven days a week and i have a very hectic life. I have lost so much weight in the past few months that people are starting to ask me if i'm in trouble or if i've quit eating all together. I can only eat small portions and even then it hurts so bad. It gets to the point where i would rather be hungry then actually eat. Do you think its emotional eating or is there somethng wrong?

This does not sound like emotional eating, but instead something physical and you should investigate this with your doctor...is the time relationship with the birth of your child?

It sounds like part of the problem could be stress-related.
Regardless, I would recommend you see your doctor.
If your weight is generally relatively stable I would strongly suspect a physical problem (which may or may not be exacerbated by stress).

I'm not convinced it's an emotional eating problem.  Reading your post I get this nagging feeling that something is not right.  I can't define what it is but for some reason I feel anxious.  I don't know whether that makes it an emotional problem or not.  ??

I expect the doctor will be better able to see what is going on.
Without his input I would still probably advise seeing your doctor.
