Eating problem

Can any one help me
My Nehew is now 3 year old, He has a eating problem, Ho don't chew the food just swallow whole food that tooo with our help. I don'nt know when he start eating himself.
More over when we try to put food in his mouth he just stuck food in his mouth and don't chew.
