Former Bulimic Experiencing "morning sickness"

I am 18 years old and am a former anorexic, binge-purge type.  I have exhibited both anorexic and bulimic behaviors over the past two years.  However, after thorough treatment over the summer before college, I no longer exhibit the symptoms of an anorexic, nor a bulimic.

Yesterday morning, I vomited unexpectedly at about 11:30 am.  It was not self-induced, and I could not control myself enough to make it inside.  Today, at nearly the same time, I vomited again, uncontrollably.  I am wondering if this is my body's response to my recent abandonment of my bulimic symptoms, or something entirely different.  Thank you!
