Hair Growth Symptom?

I'm starting to get the downy like hairs all over my body.  I noticed my hands becoming a lot hairrier , then other places, and it gets worse and worse Dx It looks terrible and is really noticable because I'm extremely pale and have dark hair.

Does anyone know how to make this go away or a temporary fix (better than shaving) ?  Also is this reversible if I ate more or healthier?
