Help.. Could starvation shrink penis?

There's one point in my life that I starved myself. I had reached my lowest weight at 100 lbs (45 kg) from 65 kg, by starving myself and staying awake at nights. I was 15 y/o that time and was 5'7 tall (172 cm). I didn't have any fat, nor muscle that time due to the eating disorder. My penis became very small that time and its glan was white-colored.

Had I reached to the point where my penis tissue had been eaten by my own body?
