Help getting out of the stress circle

You know that circle were you just for one day get stressed over something between a friend/family/work/school so you eat. You later see you gained weight and get stressed because of that so you eat more to confert yourself and you get trapped in the circle. Then moments when you think "I'm just going to be fat and ugly for the rest of my life" I don't. But I need help getting out of this! 

And for the first time I have a date to sadies! Sadies is in 20 days! I currently weight I think 130 and my goal is 115 but 120 would be good. I don't exactly care about my weight right now but I got this food baby growing and I have 20 days to get ride of it. I naturally have a flat stomach but now I don't and I really want to get it flat again in 20 days. 

Also my arms. So my boyfriend has these killer bisects witch I LOVE but then I look at me with my flabby arms. I don't want muscular arms but I want girl arms like 80% of girls have those skinny little arms 15% have muscular arms and the 5% like me have big round flabby arms. No matter how long I've been dieting my arm fat is last to leave. I had that before but that's when I weighed 94 pounds (I'm 99% over that) 

My legs, I'm fine with. I just don't want muscular legs either but I could use a little slimmer legs but I can deal with that later. More focused on stomach. I just would like tips and things here. 

Exercise, I do it maybe 4 times a week and it usually involves running a bit then aerobic dancing. Thing with when I exercise I get very hungry and end up eating for 4 other people! So I need something better to do than eat when I'm done or do something that doesn't make me hungry. 

Things Id like tips on
-dealing with stress other than eating
-exercise that will help burn but not bulk up
-deflate my food baby
-de-chub my arms 

PS- lots of people don't know the term "food baby" but it's simply when you eat too much and get all bloated. Most isn't fat (some is) but it's mostly just the food still in your intestines and gas from swallowing air as you eat. Like when I eat string cheese I swallow TONS of air so it's gotta come out...but having difficulties finding the exits.
