How do I help my 27 year old brother who is anorexic?

My brother is 27 years old and has been living at home with our parents for the last 3 years or so. In the last year I have seen a significant change in his eating habits and body weight. He used to work out a ton and eat a lot of protein and health shakes and looked very fit and healthy. Although I am away at college and do not know or see his regular schedule, I am pretty sure he only eats maybe twice a day and they are two blended shakes. That is it. He has an instagram and when I saw him post a picture of himself wearing only shorts and looking so sickly skinny I wanted to do something right away, but I just dont know what to do. He rarely comes out of his room and my parents arent very good at talking to him. My mom tells him shes worried about him, but he just says hes fine and locks the door to his room. My dad yells at him to get a job and doesnt seem to care about his obvious state of anorexia. My mother recently went to a therapist for the first time to try and discuss how she can help my brother so hopefully that will be good. I am just worried he will get very sick very quickly and no one seems to be doing anything but my mom and me. even when I try to tell my brother I care about him and he should seek help, he gets violently mad and pushes me away and yells verbal insults at me. This is extremely frustrating as I am trying to get him to go to a doctor. because he is 27, my mom and I have very little control on how to help him. He is an adult and we cannot force him into rehab or to go talk to a doctor or therapist. I just need some advice on how I can help my brother and how my family can help him. I have a younger brother and an another older brother who lives somewhere else. How can we help my anorexic 27 year old brother? Is there anything I can do? I try to hang out with him and get him out of the house, but I am also trying to focus on my school work. My family tends to avoid taboo things and they dont like talking about issues we are facing. I feel like I am the only one who is seriously worried. I'm afraid my brother will get too skinny and will die. Please help.
