If you have chronic diahrea, yes, that can be a problem, because you can get severely dehydrated. I'm not a doctor and don't know the ins and outs of how your digestive track will heal, but you say it hasn't been thoroughly worked up. Are you seeing a doctor or specialist on a regularRegular insulin basis? They should be following this process and they would be the ones to inform about your continuing problems.
If you continue to have a problem you might consider going to a free clinic.
By the way I think working 7 days a week is illegal! You really need some time for yourself, especially in early recoveryRecovery position - series. Just my opinion.

I am 25 and work 7 days a week as a live in nanny, but do not have health insurance.
I really cant afford to accrue any more medical bills.
