I have been purging for 3 years

I have been purging for 3 years.  I am afraid I probably have digestion problems, imbalance of multiple health problems.  I am still not totally free from the fact of becoming "fat." However, I have not purged for now 1 month and trying to get back on track physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.  What health problems do you suspect I have? Are there any way I can start eating normally without the fact of attaining so much weight?  What nutritional values should I start at this time?

Good for you on trying to recover from your eating disorder and for your one month without purging. Nobody could say without examining you what medical problems you have, so it might not hurt to see your doctor for a physical and tell him/her about your problems. He or she could also refer you to a dietician who can help you figure out a healthy diet to replenish nutrients and keep your weight stable.

But the thing about eating disorders is they are usually a symbol of underlying emotions. You hit the nail on the head when you talked about getting on track "physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally". You might consider getting further support for your early recovery through OA or through a therapist experienced in eating disorders. Good luck to you!
