A good place to start is the twelve step program; AA and OA. There you will find people who know and understand what you are going through and can provide supportSupport Support 500 to get recoveryRecovery position - series. One day at a time, as the saying goes.
OA and AA are the best way to go, theyre free and provide you with a supportSupport Support 500 system of people who have either been through it or are going through it and you can talk to them and be honest!
ditto that! I used to be both and I used to beat myself everyday for it. Both severely dehydrate you, so it's a hard attack on your body. AA is a good place to start. Stick with the girls though! Don't get mixedMixed respiratory vaccine up with any guys unless they've been through what you've been through. Turns out I was bipolar and was self-medicating. I suggest going to a doctor and or psychiatrist referral would be a great help too. Be completely honest about everything with the drs. though so they know physically how much damage is done. Keep us updated! xoxo
