hiyaa i know exactly what shes going through because im the same. (not as bad because trying to recover on my own without anyone knowing)
for me its been 3 years and im eating more now than what i used to eat but i still carnt feel hunger and probably never will.i also get full over littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys things aswell. before i had a cookie and it took me about 15 minutes to eat it and i felt really full and sick afterwards (my best mate made me eat it)
you should try and help her get help because i dont want her to be like i am now. if you like you could message me and i could help you and your mate :)

Please tell your friend to talk with her parents, a teacher or a counselor and get referred to a doctor or better yet a therapist experienced in eating disorders. She is hiding it because she is ashamed, but there is nothing to be ashamed about in having an illness that needs to be treated.
