Doctor, here is my past, I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I have not taken medicine for it for about 2 years. I saw a therapist for a while about a year ago.  I am also about 90lbs overweight. I am usually hungry all the time and emotionally have not felt that I needed medicine the past couple years. I was sexually active about 3 weeks ago for a month and a half. Things are unstable right now between my guy and I. I had a period 2 weeks ago. So here are my symptoms. For about a week and a half I have not wanted to eat. I feel hungry, but just don't feel like eating and even feel repulsed by it, like that's the last thing I wanna do. And at the same time feel I need to eat bc that's just what I do when I'm hungry, bored, or emotional.  For a couple days I had a clear fluid leak out of my right nipple. I also had a cramp on my right side. Above all I am extremely emotional. I feel like I'm going crazy literally bc I can't stop crying. And I am angered easily. Is it just my depression showing back up or is something further wrong? Please help

there are number of things going on right now that are reflected in your symptoms.  You are an emotional eater and that is something you can work on directly by going to my ***@****.  You're also are having a reaction to this disturbance in your love life which may be repaired by the time you read this.  I think a combination of working on your emotional eating and seeing a therapist will be very beneficial to you.  You're obviously also worried about pregnancy and you should have the appropriate test to find out whether or not you are pregnant.
