Painful Cramps

Im 34 years old, over weight but have been struggling with Bulimia since I was 17 years old. Over the past few months I have been controlling my purging (not so much on the binging), but I have yet been able to give up on the laxatives and diuretics (4 ES Exlax a day not prescribed, 3 diurex a day not prescribed, 2 aldactone a day prescribed and 2 docusate a day prescribed) along with other psychiatric meds and pain meds. I haaven had any major issues in the past year, but now for the last few weeks I have been getting horrible painful cramps in my calves, feet and hands. Really bad charlie horse. Ive also been very tired even though I get about 6 - 7 hours of slaap a night. I forget to eat or dont want to sometimes, and dont drink enough, but I do try to eat a lot of Sugar free 5 cal mini mr. freezes to keep hydrated. along with diet pop a few times a day. My question is could something else be causing the cramps and fatigue? I know dehydration or electrolyte imbalances can cause it, but like I said I keep myself hydrated. Any insight would be appreciated.

When I had cramps in my calves I thought I might have PAD (peripheral artery disease).  My GP said I was fine but then I was diagnosed with iron deficiency.

The doctor on the emotional eating expert forum may have more insight.
